Cancellations: Cancellations must be made in writing and should be received at the Secretariat as follows:

February 1, 2007	Full refund (minus processing fee of $55)
February 1 - 20 , 2007	75% refund
After February 20, 2007	no refund

Cancellations will be refunded by mail four to six weeks following the meeting. No refunds will be made after February 20, 2007. No exceptions will be made.

Changes: Changes to attendee information or registration substitutions are allowed and must be made no later than January 29, 2007.

Insurance: The meeting organizers and the secretariat will not accept liability for any personal injury, damage or loss that may occur during or directly arising from this meeting.
