LIABILITY: The meeting organizers and the secretariat will not accept liability for any personal injury, damage or loss that may occur during or directly arising from this meeting. In addition, the meeting organizers reserve the right to change the contents, venue and/or time as necessary.
ATTIRE: The dress code for the Conference is business casual (i.e. slacks, casual dresses) to business attire (i.e. neckties, business suits). Meeting room temperatures will vary, so wear layered clothing to ensure your personal comfort. We also recommend attendees wear comfortable shoes.
BADGE POLICY: Your Conference registration name badge is your admission to the educational, poster and networking sessions. Please wear your badge at all times while at HAI.
RECORDING OF SESSIONS: Video or audio recording of any educational session is strictly prohibited without prior written permission from both HAI and the session presenter(s).
PHOTOGRAPH RELEASE: By submitting the Registration form, you release any photographs that may be incidentally taken of you during these events by HAI to be used for any purpose.
WEATHER: Average temperatures range from a high of 75°F (24°C) during the day to around 61°F (16°C) in the evening hours.
1. Create a personal account on our abstract/registration platform – if you attended the 2013 edition of this event and had created such an account, the username (email used at that time) and password should still be valid.
2. Once this User-account is created, you will be informed of your log-in (your e-mail address AND a User-ID number) and password.
3. Please save/record them carefully for future use!
4. This account will allow you to successively submit your abstract(s) and complete the final registration.
