- Coffee breaks (January 17, 18, 19)
- Poster Sessions (January 18 and January 19)
- Networking Reception (Thursday, January 18)
EARLY BIRD RATES ARE VALID THROUGH DECEMBER 8, 2017
Graduate and Post-Graduate Students(within 5 years of PhD)
- Standard Rates: December 9, 2017 through January 5, 2018: $100
- Late Rates: January 6 through January 16, 2018: $200
Standard Delegate(academia or industry)
- Standard Rates: December 9, 2017 through January 5, 2018: $200
- Late Rates: January 6 through January 16, 2018: $300
HAI will accept only online registrations through the Conference Platform.
HAI registration will be a two step process:
a) first, you will be required to create an account on our Conference Platform and then
b) complete the electronic form on the “Pay” tab of our conference platform.
Requests for cancellations must be emailed to hai at worldeventsforum dot com or faxed to +1.312 278.0787. Refunds are subject to a $35 processing fee through December 8, 2017. No refunds will be made available after December 8, 2017.
CHANGES TO THE PROGRAM:
Although great care has been taken in preparing and updating the meeting program, the organizers cannot be held responsible or accept any liability for inaccuracies or omissions and cannot be held responsible for any damage, loss or costs resulting from the compiled information.
The meeting organizers and the secretariat will not accept liability for any personal injury, damage or loss that may occur during or directly arising from this meeting. In addition, the meeting organizers reserve the right to change the contents, venue and/or time as necessary.
The dress code for the Conference is business casual (i.e. slacks, casual dresses) to business attire (i.e. neckties, business suits). Meeting room temperatures will vary, so wear layered clothing to ensure your personal comfort. We also recommend attendees wear comfortable shoes.
Your Conference registration name badge is your admission to the educational, poster and networking sessions. Please wear your badge at all times while at HAI.
RECORDING OF SESSIONS:
Video or audio recording of any educational session is strictly prohibited without prior written permission from both HAI and the session presenter(s).
By submitting the Registration form, you release any photographs that may be incidentally taken of you during these events by HAI to be used for any purpose.
Average temperatures range from a high of 75 °F (24 °C) during the day to around 61 °F (16 °C) in the evening hours.
