ACCOMMODATIONS

The conference will be held at the Mövenpick Hotel Lausanne. 

The Mövenpick Hotel Lausanne is located on the shores of Lake Léman and surrounded by the Alps.

The hotel is located at: 4, Avenue de Rhodanie, 1006 Lausanne, Switzerland. 

Getting to the hotel:

By car: Exit from the highway in Lausanne Sud /Lausanne South and drive straight to Lausanne-Ouchy. The Hotel is located 1.5 km from the highway exit.

By train: There is a direct train service from Geneva / Bern and Zürich to Lausanne at a frequency of 1 to 2 trains per hour. From Lausanne railway station, take a taxi or the metrobus to Ouchy. The metrobus stops right in front of the station’s main entrance.

Reserving a Room:

The conference organizers have reserved a block of rooms at a discounted rate.

All rooms have a climate-control system, telephone with voicemail, high speed internet access and Public Wireless LAN, hairdryer, minibar, safe and coffee and tea-making facilities.  For your comfort, non-smoking floors are available on request.

The lake-view rooms offer a breathtaking view over Lake Léman.
